I would just like to say that I have worked in the customer service industry. I know the difference between when someone is pissed at me personally and when someone is pissed at the situation, company, or product.
When I receive good customer service, I make sure to let a company know because more often than not they just get complaints. But when I receive bad customer service? You better watch out because I will ruin you six ways to Sunday and back.
If you screw me over, I’ll give you an opportunity to make it right. But if you don’t? Yelp! is a great service. I have left good and bad reviews there, but my favorite ones to leave are bad ones.
